Controlling Microsoft® Agent™ Using JavaScript

For educational purposes, this demo separates the Initialize, Show, and Play logic. In addition, it downloads the .acf character file from the Microsoft web site rather than using your local .acs character file. Using the .acf files is the only way to play sound files over the web. This means that you need to wait for the Agent to appear in your status bar after clicking "Initalize" before clicking the "Show" button.
