The Publish menu lets you save a new exam to a location on your computer, create a virtual directory, set up your SQL Server database if required, create a SCORM manifest if desired, and make a SCORM PIF file. The Exam, SQL Server, and Manifest options have Toolbar equivalents and Manifest has the Ctrl+M accelerator key.
